Hello there,
I am a pastry school graduate with a love of anything food, but most importantly... anything sweet. Yes, I was born with a sweet tooth. In fact, I think I was born with a butter tooth as well... having countless times been caught eating a stick of butter when I was young. Perhaps that was a sign for my future career. Although I would never take a big bite out of a stick of butter now, I certainly enjoy lots of it in delicious pastries and confections. I currently work at a chocolate and pastry shop in my home town, and I absolutely adore it. It truly made me realize my passion for pastry.
